John Njendahayo is one of the founder members and architects of Link
International. He is responsible for project identification, implementation
and he also co-ordinates all Link activities in the region. John Njendahayo was born in Uganda and is of Rwandese origin. He was partly educated in Uganda and partly in the United Kingdom. He had part of his education at Namirembe Senior Secondary School and Later joined St. David’s College Llandudno in North Wales in the 1992. He later Joined Liverpool John Moores University where he graduated with a 2:1 (Hons) Degree in Human geography/Economics in 1997. |

Gavin is a past pupil of St David's College. He currently lives in Leeds from where he is Directing and Administrating the UK developments of Link International. Gavin oversees the administration of all UK teams going to The Link Centres and co-ordinates the leadership teams and training programme for young people and leaders. |

Tim Hall is an Anglican Minister in the Church in Wales
and Chaplain of St David’s College, Llandudno. He has been friend
and mentor of John Njendahayo since 1992 and together they share a
vision for young people being released to create strong local communities
across global boundaries by sharing lives, stories and resources. |

Sarah is in her 2nd year teaching an an inner city primary school in Southwark, London and Natalie is in her 3rd year teaching in a primary school in the East End of London. In 2004 Sarah and Natalie pioneered the idea of taking young people to The Link Centre and piloted a programme of activities. Both Sarah and Natalie have wide experience of running children's activity programmes, both in UK and overseas, with various organisations including Wycliffe Associates (Uganda and Kenya), The Link International (Uganda), Master Sun (Crete), King's Camps (UK) and Let's Go in Llandudno (Wales). In summer 2007 Sarah and Natalie are heading up a team to run activity camps in Uganda through the Link Centre's plans for a permanent camp site close to the Queen Elizabeth National Park. In the summer 2008, Sarah led a mission team in Uganda for a month.

Amelia visited Uganda iIn Feb 2007, to fact find for a craft trade project for Link International. Amelia founded TRADE-LINK soon afterwards. Trade link was set up to sell locally made crafts such as paper beads to raise funds. When you buy Trade-link products, you directly enable the crafts people who create them to give their children a basic education and raise their communities quality of life. |
