In June three girls joined up to spend up to 6 weeks in Uganda, based with John Njendahayo
in Kampala, but visiting Southern Uganda during their stay. Fran is from Nottingham University, Rachel from Liverpool University and Laura from Llandrillo College in North Wales

For two weeks they help in a shanty town community church in Kampala with Pastor Sarah, where they work with the children and share with a local team visiting in hospitals and homes.

Following their time with Pastor Sarah, they are joined by Laura and teach in Katwe United School in Kampala.

At the end of Week 4 the three girls head south to a remote Mountain village called Nangara and stay with Revd Arthur and his family. Below Laura and Rachel with Revd Arthur

Gavin a past pupil from St David's College, now working in Leeds spent the summer overseeing transport and safety for the visiting teams and worked in patnership with John Njendahayo to ensure the smooth running of the programmes. Below Gavin with the children of Nangara after delivering the girls for their 5-day stay.

Pastor Emmy has a wonderful family and household with as many as 12 orphans living with them.
